Oak were commissioned by Good Energy to artwork a brochure that outlined a proposed new solar development at Lanyon Farm in Gwinear, Cornwall. The brochure defined the key plans and benefits the farm would provide for the local area, and was distributed to those impacted by its development.

Following planning approval that was granted at an appeal in summer 2014, Good Energy is moving ahead with the construction of a 12.8MW solar farm. Once complete, the solar farm will generate enough renewable electricity to power approximately 3,300 homes.

The site is being developed with space for fruit trees, vegetables and free-range chickens between the rows of solar panels. As a result, Good Energy hope the solar farm will provide a showcase of how renewable energy and food production can flourish side-by-side.
